Cynthia Hiles, LCSW



Cynthia Hiles, LCSW received her master’s degree in Social Work from University of Southern California three decades ago. She has been a practicing Clinical Social Worker in private practice and in a neonatal intensive care unit in a medical setting. Working with individuals or families coping with a medical crisis or facing a life challenge is her primary focus. Utilizing various treatment modalities, she is able to tailor a tool kit to maximize the therapeutic process in a respectful and compassionate setting.

Cynthia is a direct, honest professional empowering you to change and move through personal quandaries and life challenges. She will sensitively confront contradictions between your values and behaviors. Her strengths-based, positive and affirming approach develops self-management tools for communication, anxiety, depression and stress responses which may threaten your relationships or your self-esteem. Her skills are particularly suited for transitioning across one’s life spectrum.
